HOW RACINA BEGAN
The Story Behind Racina
Bugibba has always been a place where people come together over food. Racina was born from the idea of creating something different — a wine bistro where thoughtfully selected wines, Mediterranean food and genuine hospitality are given equal attention.
The concept brought together Davide, a Sicilian sommelier with over 16 years of experience and a background in Oenology, and the team behind Adura. Together, they created a relaxed dining experience built around knowledge, quality and a shared appreciation for good food and wine.The name Racina means a bunch of grapes in Sicilian dialect. Just as individual grapes come together to create something greater, Racina brings food, wine, hospitality and people together around the table.
